Our family owned and operated company is currently seeking a Systems & Program Analyst to join our team in our Prairieville Location!
This position will work directly with Senior Leadership and each department to develop tools to meet the business needs of our rapidly growing organization. We are seeking an analyst to build and maintain dashboards & analytics that translate data into knowledge & process.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand department processes and project flow to build and maintain PowerBI dashboards to assist in streamlining operations and performance for:
- Estimating
- Project Detailing
- Project Management
- Material sourcing / inventory analysis
- Field maintenance
- Accounting
- Convert business needs into technical specifications to develop & implement tools in a timely fashion
- Utilize ERP System Data Warehouse to create real time visibility of system performance and process
- Operate as the Subject Matter Expert and "system owner" by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of key systems functionality, features, and reporting. Systems include PowerBI, Smartsheets, Comsense, etc.
- Provide or direct ongoing employee training on key systems and reporting tools
- Proactively drive the research, evaluation, and recommendation of software solutions as appropriate
Required Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in use of Smartsheets, Power BI and SQL
- Preferred experience with Commercial Construction Industry
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook & Bluebeam
- Excellent mathematical aptitude & problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively perform in an advanced, fast-paced environment both individually as well as part of a team.
- Needs to be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, positive and helpful demeanor and possess excellent customer service skills.
- Must pass drug and alcohol screen and successfully complete random screens.
