Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our Prairieville Location! As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting upper management through a variety of daily tasks/projects for the success of Himmel’s.

Job responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact between upper management and clients/vendors.
  • Create and reformat effective PowerPoint presentations as needed (company overview, sales, safety, etc.)
  • Manage and support communications through social media and a 3rd party marketing firm providing new and innovative ideas.
  • Help build positive and ethical relations within the team and external vendors
  • Collaborate with IT vendor to ensure technology is used correctly and efficiently for all operations of the company.
  • Support growth of team members and assist in implementing up to date changes to the in-house training program.
  • Create material aids such as digital marketing flyers and marketing sell sheets to ensure better communication to customers and present company-wide understanding of new programs. 
  • Lead short and long-term projects.
  • Provide innovative solutions to problems.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint and internet research capabilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Ability to effectively perform in an advanced, fast-paced environment both individually as well as part of a team
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer/
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
