Our family owned and operated company is seeking a Custodial Team Member to join our team in Prairieville, LA.
Position Summary:
The Custodial Team Member role is pivotal in maintaining our standards of workplace cleanliness and creating a welcoming environment for both our team and the clients we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness across various spaces by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Manage waste removal and sanitation of restrooms.
- Uphold the upkeep of furniture and fixtures, including windows and mirrors.

Ideal Candidate:
- Communicates effectively
- Has a keen eye for detail

- Is proactive when completing tasks
- 2 years of experience in a janitorial role is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable performing physical activities that include lifting objects up to fifty pounds and navigating different work settings.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus but not required.
