Contract Billing Clerk

The Contract Billing Clerk position is responsible for maintaining the documents, billing and balancing of all projects until completion.

Job Responsibilities

  • Post daily credit card deposits using specialized industry software
  • Audit projects to include processing billing and invoices
  • Review and revise contracts
  • Scan and file electronic copies of delivery tickets, packing slips, etc
  • Collaborate with Project Managers for project updates
  • Electronic filing, release lien waivers, and complete special projects as needed
  • Set up new projects into the computer system
  • Back up for Accounts Receivable and Contract Controller, when necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
